What actually happens
Most work on themselves alone, or across from a professional. We lean into relationships for the inner work.
Digesting thought-provoking material and integrating together through conversation, reflection, and exercises.
WeeklyDesigned as an embodiment experience, where we play with boundaries, consent, and somatic awareness. It's not fight club.
RegularlyBodies before words. The fastest way past a mind that wants to stay in charge.
MonthlyHikes, paddleboard floats, bonfires, camping trips, etc.
SeasonalLow key gatherings for quality people to enjoy the company of one another.
OftenCurated space for people who want to do life together.
Men with men
Where it started
Brotherhood, accountability, and reflection that only lands coming from another man. The men's team meets every other week against standards they wrote themselves. Around it: sparring, fires, and long days outside.

Women with women
Held by women, for women
Circle, cacao, and room to take up space. A place to soften, to be witnessed, and to experience power as something to be revered rather than feared.

Humans with humans
Where the two meet
Men and women in the same circle doing the same work. What you practise with your own gets tested here, in the company of everyone else. Most people meet us in this room first.

Things people are saying.
“This book and our discussions is really making me look in the mirror and at the way I walk in my own life — in the best, most uncomfortable way. And I feel myself growing.”
“It unshackled a part of me that has been dormant for so long, and I had more fun than I anticipated learning how to fight.”
“I love being in a space where I know I can be challenged on my ideas, but in a supportive way aimed to assist me in ascending mentally, physically, and spiritually.”
“Thanks for a great weekend and providing that space for me and the other guys. Super exhausted today, physically and emotionally, but I’ve been more grounded than ever.”
“I’m now connected with an awesome network of spiritual minded men, and I’ve made connections I’m confident will last a lifetime.”
“Made me feel really proud of myself to participate in an event like that. What you do, your purpose, has a strong impact around you.”
Before you come
The questions everyone asks.
Do I have to know someone?
No. Most people arrive not knowing anyone — that's the normal way in, not the exception. Say so when you get there and someone will stay with you.
Do I have to share?
No. You can sit through an entire evening without saying a word, and plenty of people do their first time. Nobody is put on the spot, and nobody is going around the circle waiting for you.
Is this therapy?
No. Therapy is you and a professional. This is a room of people practising on each other — and plenty of members are in therapy too. It isn't a replacement for it.
The reason it works is simple. Every pattern you have was built in relationship, and it's only visible in relationship. You can read about yours alone. You can't really see it alone.
Is this a men's group?
It started as one. Mantras began to support a version of masculinity that draws its strength from love and uses it for the greatest good.
Over the last year it also became a place for women to take up space and experience power as something to be revered rather than feared. Today we gather in all three: men with men, women with women, and everyone together.
Do I have to be a member?
No. A good part of the calendar is open to anyone. Members get the standing rooms that aren't listed publicly, come free to the open events, and pay a third less for the bigger ones.
What does it cost?
Open events are free for members and priced individually for everyone else. Membership is $77.77 a month, or $777 for the year. What's included.
What if it's not for me?
Then you came to one thing on a Tuesday and it wasn't for you. There's no membership to cancel and nobody will chase you. Come to something open first — that's what they're for.
The next step
Come to one.
The whole calendar lives on Luma. Find something open, put your name down, and turn up. That's the entire process.
Some events are open to anyone. Some are for members only.

Membership
Membership opens the rooms that aren't on the public calendar. It's also a yes: to being challenged, reflected, and known more closely than dropping in allows. These rooms ask more of you. That's the point.
