What this is
Mantras is a community where relationships are the methodology and the medicine. We gather to explore the depths and have a genuinely good time doing it. It's where the inner work turns into a team sport.
What people say after
Not our words.
Messages sent the morning after, unprompted.
What we do
Mantras gathers people to meet the edge of their capacity.
Why we're here
We were never taught how to relate. Every pattern was once a solution that worked — built in relationship, and only visible in relationship. We gather to be shown what we can't see alone and to choose new patterns.
Where this came from
Mantras began with the intention to support a version of masculinity that derives its strength from love and wields it for the greatest good. Over the last year, it has also become a space for women to take up space, bring the best out of others, soften, and experience power as something to be revered rather than feared.
Coming for the first time
What to expect.
Do I have to share?
No. You can sit and listen the whole time. Nobody is put on the spot, and nobody is called on.
Do I need to know someone?
No. Most people come alone the first time. Say so when you arrive and someone will stay with you.
Is this religious?
No. People here hold every belief and none. Nothing is asked of you spiritually.
What do I bring?
Yourself, and clothes you can move in. Anything else is listed on the event.
How much does it cost?
Public events are free for members and listed price for everyone else. The event page tells you before you register.
What's happening
Some of it is open to anyone. Some is for members. The full calendar lives on Luma.
Membership
Membership opens the rooms that aren't on the public calendar. It's also a yes: to being challenged, reflected, and known more closely than dropping in allows. These rooms ask more of you. That's the point.
